How to work with legends

  • Any one interested in coaching or mentoring will need to first pass a preliminary screening. Our program is tailored to benefit a specific profile of professional. We want to ensure you are a fit and will find success.

    Getting started is simple.

    1) Reach out through our contact form or e-mail us.

    2) We will follow up by sending you our initial screening questionnaire to complete and submit.

  • Legends is designed for experienced sellers and leaders. Our screening process is necessary to ensure our clients have the required skils and mindset to effectively learn, apply and master the concepts coached in the program.

  • Our initial screening questionnaire is designed to assess the following qualification criteria.

    1. Work History (Credentials)

    2. Track record of previous sales success (Creditability) 

    3. Clearly defined Vision and Goals (Drive and Purpose)

    4. The Will to Win (Ambition and Desire)

    5. Indication that you earnestly seek Knowledge (Coachable)

  • Once we review your submission we will reach out to you regarding next steps. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

    If you do not meet our criteria we will inform you why and share some suggested actions for future consideration in our programs.

    If you meet our screening criteria. We will take the following steps with you.

    Step 1: Schedule an Interview

    Step 2: Complete a live assessment

    Step 3: Share pricing with you and extend an offer to join our program.

    Step 4: Accept or Decline.

    Step 5: Build a coaching/mentoring schedule. We will schedule the first session 2 weeks out with a homework assignment to submit by defined due date.

  • Legends offers coaching and mentoring programs.

    Coaching Models

    Our coaching programs are flexible and come in 3 different packages.

    1) 3 months - (Starter Package) Designed as a starter plan to get some coaching on some specific areas of focus and provide a flavor for our program to consider if it works for your longer term goals.

    2) 6 months (Bi-Annual Plan) Designed to help ensure we work with you to design a coaching plan to set you up to be successful for the year and measure your progress mid-year. Allowing you to run the last leg of the race on your own or extend for the remainder of the year.

    3) 12 months (Annual Plan) - Our annual plan is our standard and most recommended as it allows us to coach you for an entire fiscal year and enables us to partner with you on your journey to accomplishing your goals.

    Mentoring Model

    Our mentoring program is a minimum 12 month program designed to provide more than just coaching. We partner with you at a personal and career level, to evaluate the big picture on where you want to be and develop a plan on how your going to achieve your desired results. Helping you navigate challenges along your path and giving you the skills and confidence to leave your legacy.

  • In order to find success with Legends there are certain intangibles/personal characteristics required that we can’t coach or teach you. We work to strengthen these skills to become your super powers. These include:

    We don’t believe in a one size fits all approach. Despite having the intangibles described many people think differently.
